In  Bharth every year June 21, celebrating the "Yoga Day" from 2015.  December 11, 2014 , United Nation Assembly appleal  to universally cellebrte the "Internation Yoga Day" at every year June 21, because all the people know the awarness of Yoga and it benifits. 

Yoga is spertuall practice between mind and body and it is a ancient practice which was started "Adiguru Siva" in thousand of years ago.

In 500 BC -800 A.D the Vysa on Yoga Suthra and Bhagawadgita  existed. Bagawathgita introducted the Gaya yoga, Bhakthi yoga and Karma yoga. These 3 are the very famous now getting the peace from it.  In this period the great religious persons like " Mahavir " and "Buddha" motivated the number of peoples to know about the yoga and get the peace mentally and physicall.
In early yoga sadhana the Maavir praposed the great vow " Pancha mahavartha" and Buddha by " Astha mega".

In 800 A.D. - 1700 A.D. the Acharyatrayas-Adi Sankaracharya , Ramanjuacharaya, Madhavacharya motivated the people about yoga. Later on Suradasa , Thulasidasa, Purandaradasa and Mirabai were promoted the yoga.

In 1700-1900 A.D. Yogacharya,Ramamaharshi, Ramakrishna Paramahasa, Paramahamsa Yogananda, Vivekanada  implemented the "Raja yoga".

While practice the yoga it is an system gives fitness, helath and welth. Some the most importssnt advatages are :
