Bakrid Festival
Now India Bakrid Celebrated on 21, July, 2021.
Bakrid is a important festival of Islam. It is also know as " Fest of the scrifies". It is celebrated all around the world. It is also known as "Ei al-Adha" . It commemorates the sacrifies of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) was challenge to God to prove his faith in him. Prophet had to scrifies his 13-years-old son, Ismail, to prove his devotion.
The god immdiately send the angle Jibra'll to place the goat in the place of Ismail. On that day onwards the "Eid al Adha" by sacrifies goats, which are divided in to three portions. One part for poor peoples, Second part goes to fiends and relatives, third part goes for its own.
Muslims celebrated and visits to mosques and offering the prayer for peace and prosperty. They prepar the dishes like Mutton Biriyani, Mutton khima and Kheer.
The number of people giving "Qurbani", means in the name of God, scrifies goats and distributed poor peoples, friends,relatives.
The number of people attanding the Haj, in Mecca, Soudi Arabia for peace and propsperty prayer.
