Muharram 2021
Muslim Community celebrate the "Muharam" is a "New Year 's Day-1443 AH across the globe. In India on wednesday 2021, which makes 20 August the Ashura-the 10th day of Muharam.
In this month, Grandson of the Prophet and son of Hazarat Ali, Husayn Ibn Ali al-Hussein, died in the Battle of Karbala. This happened on the 10th day of Muharam in 680 AD. The Shiya community mourns for the first 10 days of the month and is therefore called Ashoura.
This day India government declered as a public day.
